◆ Guide you through the entire buying process- from finding you interesting properties to look at, to negotiating the best price and terms.

◆ Represent your best interest and make sure you avoid costly mistakes.
◆ Offer you a convenient one-stop shopping experience by referring you to a reputable mortgage professional, title company & homeowners insurance agent. My goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for you.
◆ Once under agreement, you can anticipate a detailed checklist including important dates to remember in the contract. This will ensure you that your experience will be smooth and worry free.

As your Realtor® and Accredited Staging Professional® I understand that your home is your largest single asset and take my role incredibly seriously. I will:
◆ Complete a comparative market analysis that will compare your home to your neighbors with similar attributes to help determine current market value.
◆ Compile a detailed marketing plan to guarantee maximum exposure of your home to qualified buyers via the Internet, local media, open houses, etc.
◆ Almost ALL buyers begin their home search online. This is why BHHS Fox & Roach focuses on making our online presence robust and constant by purchasing preferred placements on Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, and Yahoo Real Estate so that consumers find your listing earlier in the process.
◆ Offer suggestions to help stage your home and generate curb appeal so that you net the highest possible price.
◆ I can take you through your local competition! The key to selling quickly for the highest possible price is to place your property in the marketplace at exactly the right price.
◆ Suggest a pre­inspection. This will give you a head start and an idea of what to expect when a buyer has a home inspection.
◆ Assist you with obtaining all offers, and help you during the negotiation process.
